Vendor Check-In & Setup Instructions

  1. Check in at the Ticket Office on the east side of the Grandstand. Staff will confirm your assigned booth number and provide your vendor wristband and parking pass.
  2. Load-in begins at 7:00 AM — all booths must be fully set up by 9:30 AM. The event opens to the public at 10:00 AM. Late arrivals may forfeit their booth assignment.
  3. Vehicle access for unloading only. Pull up to your booth zone, unload promptly, then move your vehicle to the designated vendor parking area before setting up your display.
  4. Electrical outlets (marked ✕ on the map) are available throughout the space. Bring your own extension cords rated for outdoor/high-draw use. Power requests must have been noted on your registration form.
  5. Food vendors in the central enclosed area have access to shared sinks. All food vendors must comply with Fairfield County Health Department requirements and display their permit visibly.
  6. Booths must remain staffed and open through 5:00 PM. Early breakdown is not permitted. Tear-down begins after the public exit. All equipment and trash must be removed by 8:00 PM.
  7. Each rental booth includes one 6-ft table (shown as ▭ on the map). Additional tables may be requested in advance. Booth dividers and chair rentals available — contact the event office.

Reminders: The 27′ walkway between sections must remain clear of displays and merchandise at all times — this is a required fire and ADA egress path. Posts and columns (marked □ on the map) are structural — do not attach signage or rigging to them. Your booth number and any special accommodations will be confirmed by email prior to July 4th.
